The cattle have wind swept dossans!
The sun is shining so its not all bad as the girls and calves are happy chilling out under the gum trees for shade and shelter.
Our little calves are getting bigger by the day and growing into their new ear tags!
Our recent Spring Sale is now over with many quality animals leaving to start new folds. It's always nice to deliver cattle to new homes where we know they will be well cared for. We would love to keep all our cattle but room has to be made for the new calves each year.
We've been very fortunate to have had a wonderful season in our area, the best for many years and we are now heading into summer with plenty of grazing grass for the cattle. We hope the predicted El Niño will be kind to us!
